    Hello

I really enjoyed reading your blog. In fact recently I bought my first home and I used sites like yours to learn about the process and real estate in general. I also learned that a home inspection is probably one for the best things a home buyer should do before the deal is finalized. I had the guys at http://www.homeinspectionspecialist.com inspect the house for me and they gave me a detailed report of the house and showed me things I would have never known or found. Anyways I look forward to all the updates. Thanks again,.

    Hello

Very nice blog. I really enjoyed reading it. Recently I wanted to buy a house and I search online for sites like yours to educate myself on the process. After several recommendations and referrals I called the guys at http://www.homeinspectionspecialist.com and they inspected my house for me. I am so glad I search online and got advice on this step in the buying process.. I found out a lot of things about the house that I would not have known.. in fact I even used it to negotiate over $10,000 dollars off the asking price. Anyway, I look forward to all the updates. Thanks again.

Wow, Janice. I don't know about he history of father's day in US. But, it took more than 50 years to announce officially. It is something worth to celebrate. I noticed from wikipedia that Father's day celebrated until end of this year. Different countries celebrate it in different dates.
